  • No, as we are open by appointment only.

  • Yes. You will receive an appointment confirmation 2 days prior to your appointment so as to allow you enough time to reschedule should the need arise and allow us to contact another client to take advantage of this availability.

  • The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or canceled with insufficient notice, we’re unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.

    Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Graceful Skin and Body Spa, we request 24-hour (s) notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of $125.00.

  • Graceful Skin and Body Spa is not able to extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your service may result in it's being rescheduled and the cancellation fee of $125 may be applied.

  • Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Unfortunately no, but here are some helpful parking tips to follow! Hoboken parking is tough, so kindly allow ample time for parking (15m min)

    Please keep in mind street parking rules are in effect. Be mindful of street cleaning and permit parking. Please look for street parking signs for all rules.

    On-street parking is paid for using the park mobile app only, make sure to download prior to arrival.

  • Yes! And here are your options:

    Biking in: You may leave your bike inside the entranceway of the spa if it’s a bicycle.

    Light Rail: The spa is three blocks away from the 2nd Street Light rail stop on the Tonnelle Avenue Train.

    Path: From the Hoboken Terminal stop in Erie Lackawanna Station, you can hop on the Tonnelle Avenue Light Rail to 2nd Street (one stop away), rent a Citi Bike (parked just outside of the terminal), or take a ten-minute walk directly to the spa.

  • Choose the First Time Facial which includes a thorough consultation prior to discussing your wants and needs and decide what else you may need.

  • We love our mommies to be, therefore all services for expecting clients may be customized to be pregnancy-safe. We also have an adjustable bed that is able to lift your legs and sit up so you are cozy and comfortable throughout your entire service. Any questions at all please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

  • Our skincare treatments are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring effective results for both men and women.

  • We prefer skincare services to be performed sans earrings and necklaces to allow for a more comfortable experience. Also please keep in mind, while we take every possible measure to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items brought into the spa premises.

  • We accept cash and all major credit cards.

  • No. Credit cards are required to reserve your appointment, but will not be charged for services prior to your appointment. The only time you will be charged is for services rendered/applicable cancellation fees. Please refer to the cancellation policy FAQ for further details.

  • No, it is not. While leaving a gratuity is entirely at your discretion, it is usually seen as a “thank you” for a service well performed and graciously accepted. It may be provided in cash, added to the credit card payment during checkout, or via the Venmo app.

  • Yes. Gift Cards may be purchased online for your convenience. They are redeemable at Graceful Skin and Body Spa for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. Please treat your gift card as cash; it will not be replaced if it is lost.

  • All gift card sales are final at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or certificates, or for any unauthorized use of a gift card. Gift Cards are transferable, however, you must contact us in order to properly register the new recipient.

  • Our pleasure is to provide you with a refund or exchange within ten days of a retail purchase if the product is accompanied by the original receipt and remains sealed, unopened, and unused. Open items are considered contaminated and therefore ineligible for returns or exchanges.
